Child abuse is one of the worst crimes someone can commit. But the only crime that is worse than that is child sexual abuse. But for some reason, a trans pedophile in Kentucky got NO jail after he pleaded guilty to sexually abusing a BABY.

According to The Post Millennial:

“A Kentucky trans-identified biological male who has been charged with sexually abusing a baby will not face jail time after reaching a plea agreement with prosecutors.

Maria ‘Mark’ Childers, a transgender daycare worker in Kentucky, had been charged with one count of first-degree sexual abuse of a victim under 12 and three counts of first-degree criminal abuse of a child under 12.

On January 29, 2024, Childers struck an agreement with prosecutors which included entering a guilty plea in exchange for his charge of first-degree sexual abuse of a victim under 12 to be amended to sexual misconduct, which is a Class A misdemeanor. The remaining abuse charges were also dropped, according to Reduxx.

Childers was arrested in February 2023 after the Department of Community Based Services (DCBS) received an anonymous tip that had accused Childers of inappropriately touching a baby while changing the baby's diaper, and also making inappropriate comments to the infant during the act. The abuse occurred in November of 2022 at Explore Learning Academy.”

I get that it’s a lot easier just to do a plea deal with the defendant, but I think we should not be cutting “deals” with people believed to have committed some of the worst crimes known to man.

‘As per witness testimony, Childers was asked to help a colleague change an infant's diaper. A colleague noticed Childers cleansing the infant's genitalia when she observed that the infant appeared distressed. Childers was then questioned as to whether he was inflicting pain on the infant. The colleague then observed Childers perform a ‘circular motion’ while rubbing the infant's genitalia and said, ‘That was her clit area, and she likes it. It just made her day.’”

What this man “allegedly” did is so evil and unsettling. It makes me so upset. How can people be this sick?

Not only does he do something abhorrent and sick, but he almost gets rewarded because he will be avoiding any jail time and might be able to clear his record eventually. But that better not mean he will ever be allowed to even so much as to look at children ever again.

Is he going to have to register as a sex offender? I hope so but I would not be surprised if he can avoid that.

He did this to a baby. He should be locked up for the rest of his life, at the very least.

This is unfathomable. And it happened in Kentucky. It’s unclear as to what consequences, if any, he would face had it occurred in a progressive state.

I think Florida would have been able to hand over a more proper punishment.

I don’t know what else to say about this outcome other than it is a complete miscarriage of justice. And I will leave it at that.
