The CDC has guidelines as to when and where it's recommended you wear a mask. HOWEVER, various states have ended their mandatory mask mandates (like in Florida and in Texas). There are a number of moving factors, and like most viral videos, the backstory is not clear. What IS clear and totally based in science is that Mr. Sassypants holding the smartphone is in fact the buttmunch in this scenario.

Okay. I think we can make some assumptions about Mr. Sassypants. Watches too much CNN. Has their pronouns in their Twitter bio. Is a YUGE Congresswoman AOC stan. Probably, even though he's fully vaccinated, wears a double mask while he's sitting outside by himself with no one around. You know, just to be safe. From catching the virus, and also from anyone assuming he might be Republican.

The woman he was harassing calmly informed him that she's pregnant and that's why she wasn't wearing a mask.

Anyone harassing strangers with a smartphone while they buy groceries can go eat a bag of dicks, and I want you to know that.

Most pathetic here is it being a first-person video. The fact we're seeing it means Mr. Sassypants was so proud of himself, he uploaded the video to social media expecting everyone to lavish him with praise. "Look how heroic I am! I yelled at a stranger in the store! Throw roses at me!" When what he deserves is to get soiled face coverings thrown at him.
