After several days of giving as few craps as possible to the news, I stumbled over on Twitter where a number of people had retweeted a video of a maskless woman taking a stand against COVID restrictions. It looks like she's in a Target or some facsimile thereof. and was confronted for being without mask and how dare she put countless lives at risk. But my gal pal here didn't back down. Take a look.

Facebook will say this woman is spreading misinformation. Since you're reading this from Facebook, let me declare two things: one, I wrote this article twice, one for Facebook and one not for Facebook. Read between the lines there. And two, if you insist on allowing Facebook to curate what you see and what you don't, then I'll need to set some things out for the independent third party fact checkers:

• This article isn't taking a side for or against the woman confronted above. I'm simply showing her to you. Do what you will with the information.
• What the lady says above may not be what the CDC has said about coronavirus and how to best combat it. My guess is Facebook will slap a "for more information about COVID" link on the bottom of the Facebook post about it.
• And seriously, why are you still letting Facebook do this to us? Sign up for our newsletter already.

Ask yourself the following questions, then do a little research to get your own answers:

• How many people in America die every day? Just die.
• How many Americans died of the seasonal flu in 2019, 2018, and 2017?
• Why didn't you know the answers to the two questions above until I asked?
• Why was a shutdown never proposed for AIDS? Swine flu?
• How is what we're seeing right now not a case of divide and conquer?
