Congresswoman Maxine Waters seems to be the "intellectual" leader of the resistance. She's also two tacos short of a combination platter. Maxine talked about her future plans in congress. Namely, impeaching Mike Pence after she impeaches Trump. Yes, really.

BEHAR: Do you think Pence will be better than Trump?WATERS: No. When we finish with Trump we have to go and get Putin!
BEHAR: Putin or Pence?
WATERS: Pence.

So let me get this straight. Maxine is already planning on impeaching Pence, long before he'd even be in office?

I guess this is the new normal for the left. If someone on the other side gets democratically elected by the people, leftists will game the system to kick him out on his citrus-hued rear-end. Then, they'll impeach his successors too, because they're all a bunch of meaniepants. I suppose the voters' opinions on Trump make no difference.

On what grounds is Maxine going to impeach the Pence, anyway? Russian collusion? Even CNN will admit behind closed doors the Russia story is a giant pile of bullhickey. That narrative is running on fumes at this point. Yet, the left is still quick to trot out whacky conspiracy theories about a gang of Vlads, scheming with Trump in between online shopping sprees for Adidas tracksuits.

The truth? Leftists like Maxine Waters are so quick to resort to impeachment because the left can't compete with conservatives' small government policies. Despite the left's infantile whining, the economy is looking up and illegal immigration is way down. Though, it's not always been the smoothest ride, Trump's America is vastly superior to anything Maxine and her fellow leftists could ever manage.
