Melinda French Gates is using some of the cash she got from her divorce to push abortion around the globe. Today’s show breaks it down.
In the grand scheme of things, $1 billion is nothing compared to her net worth of $29 billion but she “would like to see the US never, never roll back a law — or any country — related to women’s health.” Unclear why she doesn't believe in the health of female babies in the womb but that seems to be the least of her worries, as she is nothing more than a single-issue voter for all things abortion.
“This country is being held hostage by an extreme voice and the worst part is that the American public does not even recognize that they are extreme,” Crowder said. “I think it’s evil.”
According to Bloomberg:
“We’re seeing the devastating impacts” of Roe v. Wade being overturned, French Gates said. “I would like to see the US never, never roll back a law — or any country — related to women’s health.”
“When you think about who understands the US right now — who understands women’s needs right now — there are stark contrasts,” she said. “I thought it was worth speaking out about my feelings on that.”
“The reason I’m focusing on this piece on women’s health is that for women to thrive in society, they have to be healthy,” she said.
“This is the feminist mindset,” Crowder said. "It's the reason close to 40% of men are never going to get married because they feel as if it's an inequitable arrangement."
French Gates, a billionaire philanthropist, will give away $250 million to organizations, part of a $1 billion commitment to advance women’s rights globally she announced in May. French Gates has also endorsed Kamala Harris — the first time she’s publicly supported a presidential candidate — in part because of the vice president’s stance on reproductive freedom.
"They are anti-choice on every single issue except for the bad issues you can make that turn your brain into mush, like abortion and like drugs," Crowder added. "It's kind of odd that the only issue that the left is radically pro-choice on is to keep abortion and free drugs alive."
The left could not be more anti-choice if they tried.
"If you were to only look at the issues the left decided matters concerning freedom of choice, it seems they only chose the ones that would turn you into a zombie, mush-brain state," Crowder said.
