In case you missed it, yesterday Kanye took a field trip to Pennsylvania Avenue. Cameras were rolling, capturing all the magic of Ye explaining his love for the Donald in the most Kanye way possible. It was dragon energy.

Naturally, the left took a break from fawning over Taylor Swift's newfound leftiness to have a series of meltdowns over this "travesty." Yeah, the irony wasn't lost on us either. Taylor goes Democrat=hero. Kanye goes Republican=traitor, token negro, slave, sell-out.

It's funny. In the days when Kanye was hijacking awards ceremonies, the left heralded him as a misunderstood genius. Though, the second a MAGA hat makes contact with his dome, he's out of his gourd.

Bonus douche points to little Don for dragging Kanye's mom into the equation. Then again, should we have expected any less from the Classless News Network?

FOUR: DON LEMON AND COMPANY MAKE A WHITE MAN SO UNCOMFORTABLE HE MAY HAVE SOILED HIMSELF

Of course, the moment Kanye boarded the MAGA train, he ceased to be a real black guy. Now, he's a "negro." He must have forgotten how black people are all supposed to think one way and not stray form the orthodoxy of their leftist overlords. Remind me again how "the plantation" is a crackpot conspiracy theory.

FIVE: TWITTER PERSONALITY WITH ACCENTED "E" DELIVERS A MILQUETOAST HOT TAKE

Yep. The real villain here is the Donald, who used a celebrity as a political tool. Such a travesty has never been perpetrated on the American people before. The nerve of that man!

I'll admit Kanye's speech was a tad erratic. But let's be honest, Ye hasn't even begun to approach the left's level of nuclear crazytown. Radioactive mental waste abound. Get at me when Ye is openly calling for Barron Trump to get fondled. Hinting at going John Wilkes Booth on the Trumpinator. Having a feminist slam poetry meltdown in public. Because the aforementioned cases seem more extreme than, say, a rapper hugging it out with the president.

Let's get real. Progressives have been gloating about their celebrity backers for years. All these leftist meltdowns over Kanye liking Trumpy has nothing to do with what he's saying or how he's behaving. It's because the right is finally getting a few A-listers of their own. Tough luck, buttercups.
