Street Artists Call Out Meryl Streep's Weinstein Complicity with Posters...
By now, it's pretty apparent Hollywood knew about Harvey Rapestein's naughtiness. In some cases, they even helped to cover up Harv's dirty deeds. Among the complicit Hollywood elitists is none other than smug leftist windbag, Meryl Streep. She puts the devil in Prada. She puts the plant in Harvey's pot. I'll stop now.
A street artist is publicly putting Meryl on blast with a poster campaign. I cried from the beauty of it. First, the posters:
In posters that appeared in several locations in Los Angeles on Tuesday, Meryl Streep was seemingly depicted as a Harvey Weinstein enabler by anonymous street artists.Posters hung early in the morning, before the sun came up, feature an image of Streep next to Weinstein with a red strip across her face with the text: “She knew,” an apparent reference to Weinstein’s alleged sexual abuse of women over the course of decades.
The artists are referring to an accusation (which Streep has denied) that she did not speak up sooner about Weinstein's alleged predatory behavior. That claim has been promoted by actress Rose McGowan, who alleges she was raped by Weinstein.
Streep, of course, says the revelations of Harvey's rapery were blindsiding for her.
Meryl was plenty close to Harvey the Hutt. This is a pudgy slimeball who was groping, penetrating, and pleasuring himself to everything with a hoo-hah in his path. Including potted plants. Celebs have dropped hints about their knowledge of his rapey ways all along. There's no way Meryl didn't know.
Once peeps called Streep out for her silence, she trie to convince us she's on our side. She's even planning to wear a black dress at the Oscars in solidarity with Tinseltown lady-victims. That'll show 'em.
She's not nearly as good of an actor as she thinks she is. No amount of elitist grandstanding is going to make up for her complicity. Like this poster campaign shows, you're not fooling anybody, Meryl.
