“If a house is not inhabited, we can seize it”: TikToker now giving illegals instructions on how to squat in your home
There have always been tenants who know how to “work” the system. We are seeing more and more media converge on professional and serial squatters, people who never left their Airbnb, trespassers who take over homes from unsuspecting people on vacation, and of course, those tenants that just one day stopped paying run and never moved out but know how to postpone eviction court into perpetuity. Some of those are more recent phenomena but for the most part, these are things Americans have increasingly been dealing with over the years.
But it was only a matter of time before Migrants started to catch on and learn how to “work” the system.
A Venezuelan migrant has gone viral after advising illegal immigrants on TikTok how to “invade” homes in America, invoke squatter's rights, and make it nearly impossible for these foreign nationals to be removed.
I know. I know. It's incredibly infuriating and baffling, so much so that words could not even describe how one feels after watching that lunatic.
Leonel Moreno, who goes by @leitooficial_25 online and appears to be a Venezuelan migrant, has told undocumented immigrants that under US law, 'if a house is not inhabited, we can seize it'.
He is referring to squatter's rights, or adverse possession laws - a common law principle that allows an illegal inhabitant to acquire ownership of a property based on continuous occupation without the legal owner's consent.
Moreno, alleging he has friends who 'have already taken about seven homes', argued the only way for migrants to not live in the streets or be a 'public burden' is to 'seize' and 'invade' abandoned properties.
The now-viral video, which has been viewed almost 4million times, has prompted outrage from many social media users. Some have claimed Moreno is 'promoting terrorism' and are now calling on the FBI and Department of Homeland Security to action.
Let’s get this straight. A man from Venezuela, who likely broke federal immigration laws and should not even be here, is instructing other foreign nationals who should not even be here, how to invade and forcibly seize homes from law-abiding taxpaying Americans. But he will almost certainly not be held accountable for any of this and will never be charged with a crime for any of that.
Meanwhile, if Americans try to take back their property that was forcibly “seized” by foreign nationals who trespass on their property and this country, they may be the ones to get arrested. And if the property is in New York, they not only have an obligation to de facto give all rights of that property to the invader but must pay for all their utilities.
Don’t you just love sanctuary cities? Where illegal immigrants have a right to your property, and while your tax dollars are paying for their food and healthcare. It does not matter if Americans work hard their entire lives just to comfortably retire because illegal immigrants now get the fruits of their labor.
Progressives will vote themselves into second-class citizens all because they are the “compassionate” ones. But this is what happens when no human is illegal AND housing is a human right. And since these voters mentally cannot make the connection that it’s the people and policies they vote for that contribute to this mess, we will only get more of the same.
