Mike Pence is many things. A class act, strong leader, and apparently tougher than a $2 steak. Yeah, we like the dude. We love him for all the reasons leftists hate him. Like this one, for instance, where he trotted down to the Korean border and stared into the eyes of the North Korean military...

More badassery...

Vice President Mike Pence broke from his schedule Monday morning and took an unannounced trip to the Korean Demilitarized Zone. Though other top ranking U.S. officials have visited DMZ, Pence actually ventured outside and stared down North Korean troops.

In addition to his visit to the DMZ, Pence sent North Korea a warning statement Monday morning. "North Korea would do well not to test [our] resolve - or the strength of the armed forces of the United States in this region," Pence said beside South Korea's acting president Hwang Kyo-ahn.

Pence: 1. North Korea: Kim Jong-None.

Our VP cared enough to venture outside the comfort of his security detail, all so he can drop the mother of all glares on North Korean troops. And he made a statement by doing so. It's one that says "f*** off, North Korea." A statement we can all get behind, methinks.

It may have just been a stare, but little things like this matter. It's our latest display of military toughness (see SAY HELLO TO OUR LITTLE FRIEND: Watch Mother of All Bombs Blast ISIS!). You may have noticed the Trump administration's non-wimpage is becoming somewhat of an ongoing pattern. It comes as a welcome contrast to former president Obama's foreign policy, which was basically to have no policy. Nor spine.

In other news, North Korea is still the pittiest of pits (see Kim Jong-un Just Banned Sarcasm in North Korea. No, Seriously... and Cartoon Shows Exactly How North Korea Treats Christian Dissidents). Hence the intimidation tactics they're employing at the border. North Korea is all about bullying - which is a rather wimpish thing to do. Although such silliness doesn't come as much a surprise, insecure little goblins that they are.

So kudos to our vice taker-of-no-crap. As WWE's Mankind would put it; that took some testicular fortitude. Something Kim Jong-un seems to be lacking...
