Just the other day, Rowe gave us another reason to swoon. He called out colleges that take our tax dollars while trashing our flag... Which is douche levels to the max. Well, a female fan of Rowe's took offense and wrote him a letter. But, little did she know she was in for the shutdown of a lifetime courtesy of our boy Mike...

Mike Rowe is firing back after a critic said the American flag was nothing but “a mere symbol.”

“I think you’re correct about the flag; it’s only a symbol. So too is the Crucifix. And the middle finger. And the Swastika. And the compressed chunks of carbon that millions wear on their ring fingers as expressions of timeless love and eternal devotion.”

“It’s easy to make anything feel small and silly by reducing it to its chemical composition or its various component parts,” he continued. “But if you really believe our flag is nothing but a ‘mere symbol,’ equally suitable for flying or burning, ask yourself if you’d be comfortable if the people you work with suddenly started coming to the office in pointy white hats fashioned from bedsheets? Would that be a problem for you?"

Break out the aloe, lady. Because you just got burned.

Rowe has a point. If the flag means nothing, why do leftists have such an issue with it? If it's a meaningless piece of cloth, why  go to such great lengths to remove it from campus? There's no answer in sight. Which tends to happen when you're super duper wrong.

Progressives don't seem to have any problems taking taxpayer dollars to fund their birth control pills and gender studies degrees. Entitlement and all. Leftists are proud to be Americans, but only as long as the checks clear.

This time Mike went out of his way to point out leftists' consistency. Or, rather, complete lack of consistency. The left continuously takes money and services from the same country whose flag they want to burn. Yeah, not only are they ginormous anuses, they're also lacking in the frontal lobe region. As is evidenced by Mike Rowe's complete obliteration of their "arguments." Or ideological rectal trembles. Same thing.
