Medical “professionals” now rely on an “affirming” model when it comes to the self-diagnosis of trans individuals. I cannot think of any time in history where we “affirmed” illness. But subsequently, because this is the only acceptable approach when dealing with gender dysphoria, parents are now faced with the ultimatum of medical intervention to change their kids' bodies to fit the diagnosis in the mind or lose custody of their child. And if someone even thinks about changing their kid's mind to accept the body, you better say goodbye to any rights you once had as a parent.

At least that is what has happened in Montanna.

"They were threatened by the judge with contempt of court and prison time if they didn't remove it," according to an update on the family's GiveSendGo.

Does that video seem as if they have broken any laws? Does that video seem as if these parents deserve to go to prison?

They took it down but someone else uploaded it to Rumble and they have no control over what other people put online.

But why are they being silenced? Why are their parental rights and First Amendment rights being taken away by the government? The very people meant to solely protecting those rights.

We are supposed to believe this is all in the "best interest of the child." I don't know about you, but I beg to differ.

The parents are being treated as if they are so mentally incompetent that it is asinine that they would even mention what is in the best interest of the child.

According to Reduxx:

“A family in Glasgow, Montana is accusing the state’s child protective services of “kidnapping” their teenage daughter after the girl began to identify as a transgender “boy.” Krista and Todd Kolstad spoke to Reduxx about their ordeal, revealing that the child had been removed from their care and was now going to be sent to Canada.
Krista, the child’s step-mother, explains that their nightmare began in August of 2023 after they received a call that their 14-year-old daughter, Jennifer*, had expressed suicidal ideations while at school.

‘She had always had problems at school,’ Krista says, noting that she and Todd had even pulled her from one district and sent her to another due to issues with bullying in an effort to give her a fresh start. But despite experiencing some real-world hardships, Krista claims Jennifer also had some undiagnosed mental health concerns, including attention-seeking behavior.”

It’s extremely common for transgender-identifying invalids to have comorbidities regarding mental illnesses. It’s also not far-fetched that a troubled teenager going through an attention-seeking disorder would also identify as transgender. But the point is that the child is deeply troubled and needs help. Not everyone believes that affirming a self-diagnosis will do much of anything to solve the issue. Many medical professionals believe the opposite. But CPS thinks they know best after meeting a child for five whole minutes.

“Later on that same evening, a case worker with Montana Child and Family Services (CFS) showed up to the Kolstad home to speak with Jennifer and do an inspection. Krista had been preparing dinner at the time, and invited the case worker to tour the residence despite both her and her husband being distressed by the sudden appearance.

During the interview with CFS, Jennifer claimed to have consumed toilet bowl cleaner and painkiller medications that day in an effort to commit suicide. Krista says that it had immediately struck her as being highly unlikely, as not only did Jennifer not have access to either substance unmonitored, but that Jennifer had expressed no symptoms of imminent illness that day.

Despite their doubts about the veracity of Jennifer’s claims, Krista and Todd agreed to take Jennifer to the local hospital on an emergency basis. While there, blood work returned that Jennifer had not consumed any toxic substances.”

But the medical notes also included that Jennifer wishes to be referred to as “Leo.” And because of the child’s wishes, that is the only way forward, according to hospital staff. Her parents told staff to cut it out, that affirming this identity goes against all their deeply held beliefs. But no one cared. They said if the child says she's a boy, then that is valid.

According to the outlet, medical transitioning a minor was not legal in the state at the time. But staff tried to bypass all of that by saying a “social transition” was a different story.

So basically, the court had decided that the best interest of the child was to go against state law. That is how logical all of this gets.

Subsequently, Jennifer was placed on suidicude watch. But during that time, she was often visited by someone who seemed to persuade the genderbender nosne, according to Reduxx.

“They told us that there were 6 facilities in Montana, but that there was also a facility in Wyoming. And at that point, because we were already in such a state from the hospital disrespecting us and our wishes, we immediately looked up Wyoming’s laws on transitioning minors,” Krista says, according to the outlet. “It looked to us like kids could go ahead and have procedures done and have hormones without parental consent.”

The state sent the child to Wyoming. And the mess is still not over. Montana still believes it knows best for Jennifer without caring about what the parents want. They are planning on sending Jennifer to live with her grandmother in Canada. Despite hardly knowing her and allegations of child abuse.

You get the point. The point is that all of this is pure evil. Parental rights seem like something of the past and doctors and CPS are now playing God. That is what seems to be going on. And it’s unfathomable, especially since this is a minor and that the government somehow can bypass parental rights all of a sudden. All of this is deranged and insane, to say the very least.
