[Video] New MSNBC Ad Desperately Tries to Convince Us of Their 'Fairness.' No.
The past few days at MSNBC has been like a proud transwoman shaking her/his money maker down the streets of Iraq. In a leotard. Take a gander at these bad boys: MSNBC Analyst Mark Halperin Accused of Sexual Harassment by Five Women and Video: MSNBC Tries to Bash Trump's Wall. Accidentally Makes a Case for it Instead...
They recently made another deposit into their stupidity bank with this video. Not to be outdone by CNN's new ad of an apple being an apple, the news network released a promo of its own. The only problem? All of it:
MSNBC on Tuesday launched a new on-air promotion that claims the cable news network "is not an echo chamber."The ad features political sound bites from MSNBC hosts including Chris Hayes, Joe Scarborough and Rachel Maddow as the 1972 rock song "Join Together" by The Who plays in the background.
"This is not a one-way street. This is a dialogue that looks at the world and all its complexities from every side," the narrator continues.
"It's exactly what the founders of this country imagined," Chris Matthews declares in a clip as the ad concludes with the MSNBC logo and the caption: "This is who we are."
Yes, that MSNBC. Not an echo chamber.
This calls for a trip down recent memory lane:

This is also the same network which thought Melissa Harris-Perry was a good idea. For four years.
Clearly there's a pattern of political and philosophical sameness. But what, pray tell, would inspire MSNBC to claim to be the exact opposite of what it is? Guilty conscience mayhaps? Simple projection? Rachel Maddow's disastrous haircut which inspired a come-on from Kevin Spacey? Allegedly.
Or maybe it's that mainstream media is in the middle of an implosion. A deliciously entertaining implosion. Like a black hole consuming a galaxy, whose planetary system includes nothing but feminist trundle beasts. That's no moon, it's Tess Holliday.
Viewers have simply lost faith (see Jimmy Kimmel's Ratings Are Dropping. Fast... and CNN's Ratings Nosedive After Being Confirmed As Fake News). This is just a desperate attempt at some good ole damage control. It's about seven years too late.
Let us know how that works out for you, MSNBC...
