There was some concern over Netflix (see Liberal Blasts Jerry Seinfeld’s Netflix Special for Not Being Woke Enough and Video: The Final ‘Stranger Things’ Trailer is Here. And it Doesn’t Disappoint…) postponing the upcoming The Punisher series in the wake of the Las Vegas shootings. But maybe not, since they dropped the final trailer. The release date is still November 17th.

Guns, explosions, and an outstanding use of Metallica's "One." Let's take a look:

The Punisher has always had a loyal cult following, just because of his total badassedness. New word. Deal with it. Long story short, in the comics, Frank Castle's family was killed by the mob, so he put on a skull shirt and just started killing people until he found who was responsible. At least that's the original/classic story. Marvel has changed timelines and stories so much, it could be that he's now a transsexual lesbian who's family was the victim of thought violence when Donald Trump was elected. Who can keep up?

And for the Netflix show, it looks like they swapped the mob for the military, which is just... whatever.

Regardless of the details, if you like seeing things blown up, shot up and people get the bejesus beat out of them, The Punisher should be for you.
