Nevada's New Anti-Gun Bill Would Allow HOME INVADERS to Sue...
The left has had some pretty crazy anti-gun ideas (see Senator Kirsten Gillibrand Thinks Suppressors Make Guns Silent and Anti-Gun ‘Miss Sloane’ BOMBS HARD at the Box Office). But in Nevada, they should be given an award. Preferably in the form of a slap in the facial area. Apparently some Nevada politicians think home invaders should be able to sue if you shoot them while they're invading your home. So they're proposing a bill which does just that...
People should be able to protect their homes - including our most precious asset, our families - against intruders without fear of a lawsuit. Some Nevada politicians are trying to change that.They think that you should be financially liable for any injuries they sustain when you defend yourself -- even in your home.
Senate Bill 254 removes the provision in Nevada law protecting people from civil liability when they justifiably use potentially deadly force against a person who is injured or killed while invading their home.
Let's take a gander at how many times guns have saved the lives of people otherwise doomed to being at the mercy of home invaders...

Under this bill, any of these people would be punished for protecting themselves if they were unfortunate enough to live in Nevada. It leaves victims with two choices: self defense at risk of legal troubles, or sitting in duck-like fashion while waiting for police.
In case you haven't noticed, the left is dead set on law-abiding citizens being incapacitated as it relates to self-preservation. If it's not supporting violent looters in #BlackLivesMatter, it's their demanding of resettling unvetted refugees in your neighborhoods. If it's not directly taking away your guns, it's legally trying to eliminate your ability to protect your family and belongings.
