New Mexico Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham, who lists George Soros as a donor, announced she was suspending Second Amendment rights under the guise of a public health crisis. Some of you thought leftists were going to use the SCHMOVID crisis as an excuse to go after guns. Some of you thought they would use it to "tackle" schlimate change. The gun people win!

On Friday, Grishman declared, "I issued a 30-day ban on the open & concealed carrying of guns in Albuquerque and Bernalillo County. Gun violence is killing between 2 and 3 children every month in NM - every single one of these deaths is unconscionable and they must stop."

In a press conference, she said that her sworn duty of upholding her oath to the Constitution is, quote, "not absolute." And that declaring a public health emergency would grant her with more rights than she would normally have. Proving yet another "conspiracy" theory from the pandemic to be an accurate assessment on what The Left has been up to this entire time.

This broad has gone so far to The Left that something strange happened. Our peerless leader finds himself agreeing with former child star David Hogg.

There is a slight difference though. Hogg is only saying so because someone from his political party doing something so batsh*t crazy gets in the way of HIS efforts to thwart the Second Amendment. Hogg has dedicated his life to taking your guns away, and the governor just made things harder for them.

Republican presidential candidates are speaking out. Ron DeSantis drew the comparison from Grisham's unconstitutional action to the unconstitutional actions during the pandemic.

Vivek Ramaswamy suggests that if Grisham is really so interested in dealing with crime, instead of shreading the Constitution, she could focus on the border crisis and stop virtue signaling.

As of this writing, Donald Trump has not addressed the Constitutional crisis on TruthSocial. Though, not unlike Taylor Swift visiting the Jersey Shore, the former president did seem to enjoy being treated like a celebrity at the Iowa game.
