YES! New Ohio Law is HUGE Pro-Life Win for Down Syndrome Babies
We may have said some not so nice things about Kasich during the 2016 election (read Dear John Kasich: You, Sir, Are an Insufferable Fraud...). We don't take them back. They were honest criticisms! But sometimes he does a thing that's useful. Sometimes. This, my friends, is one of those times. Remember the abortion bill that was voted on in Ohio not long ago? Well John just signed that bill into law, and it's an important one.
Sure to anger many a p*ssy-hatted feminist...
Ohio became the third state Friday to ban abortions after a diagnosis of Down syndrome.Gov. John Kasich (R) signed a bill that would make it a fourth-degree felony for a doctor to perform an abortion if there is a prenatal Down syndrome diagnosis.
The doctor could face up to 18 months in prison. There is no punishment for the woman.
The law will take effect in March.
This is a huge deal. Especially considering just how many doctors openly encourage the extermination of Down syndrome children (see Mother Pens Moving Letter to Doctor Who Encouraged Her to Abort Down Syndrome Baby...). Under this law, they'll be held accountable for their murderous evildoings. The mother, not so much. But at least it's something.
Something is much more than dumpsters like Oregon have to brag about (see EVIL: Oregon Passes 'Most Extreme Pro-Abortion Policy in the Nation.' And They're Celebrating.). This makes Ohio the third state to enforce such policies. Hopefully more will step forward and follow suit.
I can already hear the shrill cries of protest erupting from feminist hags.
