Last night the FBI detained five people believed to be in connection to the Chelsea and New Jersey bombing (see BREAKING: Bombings in Manhattan, 29 Injured. Likely Terrorism.). This comes after authorities found five more explosive devices. Of course, we don't want to jump to conclusions until all the facts are in.

But I think we can rule out radical Methodists...

FBI agents arrested five men who may be connected to Saturday’s bombing in Chelsea after stopping their car in Brooklyn, sources said.

The men were heading over the Verrazano Bridge from Staten Island when they were stopped Sunday night.

Sources said the FBI suspected the men may have had a role in the bombing and were questioning them at the FBI headquarters in Manhattan.

By the way, those five men? They're from Afghanistan. And police are looking for this guy, who's still on the loose.

So his name isn't "John Smith." But let's not make any assumptions. Officials believe the five apprehended suspects were headed to the airport. Maybe they were on their way to a halal potluck? And happened to forget their pressure cookers on the side of the road...

Oh, and there's also this.

A handwritten letter, a portion of which is in Arabic, was found inside a plastic bag that had held the West 27th Street device, sources said.

Something worth noting? Liberals lambasted Trump for simply saying the word 'bombing.' Because political correctness. Aaand it turned out to be not only a bombing, but likely a coordinated attack. By Islamic terrorists. Liberals' response?

Again, we want to wait for all the facts, but there have been tidbits of information floating around. So let us briefly recap:

• It was a coordinated effort
• Home-made bombs require some research and knowledge of bomb making
• FBI arrested five Afghans allegedly headed for an airport
• Officials recovered a letter written in Arabic at the scene

So as we wait for confirmation on who is responsible, I'm just going to put this out there. Remember the Orlando shooting? Sort of hard to forget. Did you noticed how every liberal and their vegan dog blamed it on guns - rather than what it actually was - Islamic terrorism? Yeah, that was mostly thanks to the mainstream media quickly shifting the focus from radical Islam to gun control. Also, there were truckloads of leftist politicians who used it as a platform for gun control. We had a Muslim shooter who was openly radical and anti-gay. But the media? Managed to sway the entire narrative. Something to keep in mind this time around.
