As we flashback to 2022, I want you to replace "Biden" with "Trump" and "Republican" with "Democrat" as you read this. Because it was shortly after Biden's "You look like Hitler" speech when Shannon Brandt murdered Cayler Ellingson.

According to WDAY-TV news, 41-year-old Shannon Brandt was chasing 18-year-old Cayler Ellingson with his car. Ellingson called his mom to please come help him because Brandt was chasing him around the city. But his mother didn't get there in time.

Court papers show Brandt called 911 around 2:30 a.m. Sunday and told the 911 dispatcher that he just hit Ellingson, claiming the teen was part of a Republican extremist group and was calling people to come get Brandt after a political argument.

Brandt was charged with vehicular homicide and leaving the scene of a deadly accident. Brandt was the one who admitted to police he killed Ellingson, who he called part of a Republican extremist group.

That was September 2022. This week Shannon Brandt -- who TARGED AND MURDERED A TEENAGER BECAUSE HE WAS AN ALLEGED "MAGA EXTREMIST" -- was allowed to plead down to a manslaughter charge. Down from a Class AA felony murder charge. Which is what it would be when you chase and murder someone.

It's unclear why he was allowed to plead down, other than State's Attorney Kara E Brinster -- the one who originally wanted him released on $50,000 bail and rehab -- is behind it.

If this is a guy who targeted and murdered a Biden supporter for being a leftist, there's no plea deal. If he had been some random dude with a "MAGA" bumper sticker who accidentally hit someone, they wouldn't get to plead down either. Not when pro-lifers get the FBI arresting them for peacefully protesting too close to a Planned Parenthood.

We need to demand answers on this one.
