Everyone reading this likely already knows that Progressives condone criminality while they focus more ways on criminalizing lawfulness. So while Daniel Penny faced a ridiculous amount of bail and is being prosecuted for arguably, saving lives, a gangbanger is being rewarded for his troubles of getting arrested.

According to the New York Post:

A Bronx gangbanger who has racked up nine arrests this year on a bevy of wild charges is free on the streets of New York City after being repeatedly sprung without bail.

Alleged Latin Kings member Emmanuel Santiago, 32, keeps ending up in cuffs even as he faces seven open cases in the Bronx on charges ranging from intent to sell dangerous drugs, grand larceny of cars, possession of weapons, and allegations of domestic violence, according to law enforcement sources.

Clearly, this pathetic excuse for a man is not what you would call an “outstanding citizen” but it seems as if city officials see otherwise. So much so he is currently a free man and I would not be surprised if he sees close to no prison time.

The brazen gangster was most recently arrested after a December heist in the Bronx where he broke into a police officer’s car and made off with an arsenal of gear including gun belts and ammunition, bullet proof vests, a riot shield and baton, mace, handcuffs, and a radio, the law enforcement sources said.

Despite the laundry list of alleged offenses — including at least 31 domestic incidents ranging from alleged assaults to death threats against women — Santiago has repeatedly been let go on non-monetary release, according to the law enforcement sources.

Even after he was re-arrested on bench warrants for ditching required court appearances, Santiago continued to add to his criminal resume.

Question: How can a judge justify letting someone back out into the wild after they have repeatedly failed to attend mandatory court appearances?

Answer: You cannot justify it but these people don’t give a crap.

Do you see what I am seeing? A career criminal who literally dedicates his life to lawlessness and victimizing innocent people does not even get so much as a slap on the wrist, even when he has proven that he is not concerned with appearing in court, while a Marine Veteran is being punished for arguably, a life-saving act.

Again, while Daniel Penny arguably saved at least several lives, he was required to post a bail amount of $100k while this degenerate loser lives every day victimizing innocent victims.

The fact that this thug was arrested nine times shows that he has likely committed a lot more crimes than that. Even when people get caught doing something once, that is rarely the first time they have done it. When someone gets arrested for selling crack, it is likely not the first time they have sold crack, at least in my opinion.

Any idiot knows that not holding people accountable for their evil acts will only add fuel to the fire. But it is either the case that NYC is being run by mentally retarded individuals who have reached levels of stupidity that no one knew was possible, and/or it is being run by evil people who hope to turn the Big Apple into Gotham City.

There is no doubt that once Progressives obtain rule over a once-great city, all you get is chaos and destruction. So much so that the third world could not even imagine any of this.
