A man attacked a grandmother who was pushing her three-year-old granddaughter in her wagon. He then grabbed the wagon while the little girl was in it, shook it violently, and threw it into the street. Why? Because YOU'RE IN NEW YORKKKKKKKKK! Concrete jungle where dreams are made of, and assaulting toddlers is a thing they do now.

The New York Post has the headline "NYC man with lengthy rap sheet charged in unprovoked flipping of wagon carrying toddler." NBC News went with "Suspect Charged in Unprovoked Attack on 2-Year-Old in Queens." Really? Unprovoked? That's a given! The girl is only THREE YEARS OLD! "Provoking" someone would be having a meltdown because she didn't want to put her shoes on. A "provoked" attack would still require this thug getting a beatdown. Because the girl is only three years old. And, according to the post, afraid to go home.

Christopher Elder, the piece of sh*t in question, also has a past record that includes: attacking a mother and her nine-year-old, hitting a man with a glass bottle, and stabbing a friend in the neck. With each incident, he was arrested and released back onto the streets. Unclear is if that had to do with the New York Democratic Party's pro-crime bail reform that critics say is responsible for the influx of crime in New York City. Not keeping criminals in jail will do that.

The grandmother and the three-year-old girl are okay. As of this writing, Christopher Elder hasn't been allowed back out onto the streets yet.

Yet, being the keyword here. It's New York City after all.
