So, join me as we revel in the dishonest virtue-signaling of New York City mayor Eric Adams

People have been fleeing NYC for Florida for the duration of the pandemic, and Adams has an idea on how to get them back. Advertise in Florida that if you move to NYC, he'll let you say gay.

Of course, while you can say "gay" in NYC, you can't say "mother." NYC's Chief Medical Officer was forced to apologize for calling black and Puerto Rican birthing people "mothers." If you are considering a move to the Big Apple, do your research. You may be able to say gay, but there are other words you may not be permitted to say.

You might also want to consider the rampant crime. Moving to NYC increases your risk of having human feces shoved in your face on the subway. There is also a rash of toddlers being assaulted by repeat offenders. If your toddler manages to avoid assault and makes it to school, his teacher will be allowed to say "gay" and tell your toddler all about their love life. While your toddler is still forced to wear a mask.

Also, if you're not a celebrity, you are not allowed to work unless you have received all three of your Fauci Ouchies. Or is it four?

If you are okay with all of that--the crime, the toddler assault, the masks, the mandates, the restrictions, and being unable to say the word "woman"--then New York City might be the right move for you. Or you can stay in Florida, where no one is saying you can't say "gay."
