FBI Director Christopher Wray warned that the threat of a terror attack against Americans has been raised to a "whole other level" due to ongoing conflict in the Middle East.

"The reality is that the terrorism threat has been elevated throughout 2023, but the ongoing war in the Middle East has raised the threat of an attack against Americans in the United States to a whole other level," Wray told lawmakers on Tuesday.

Undercover footage shows migrants coming off a train in NYC who said they were from Senegal and staying at The Roosevelt Hotel.

One migrant who came from Guinea said it took him three weeks to get here. Another migrant from Mauritania said it took him 15 days to get to New York.

Footage also showed a busload of Migrants occupying The Roosevelt Hotel.

"This is also why I am not just 'Back the Blue' period. Because you have good police and you have bad police. Unfortunately, in cities where there is corruption, you end up with those in charge, those with authority, who rather than looking out for you are taking part in the systemic abuse of you. The authorities were not happy in New York with our undercover unit filming," Crowder said.

Workers stood in front of the glass in order to disrupt the filming of the room full of migrants that were packed in like sardines, which included some National Guard members.

The undercover unit also found a long row of scooters illegally parked outside.

In New York, police say that scooters have been the vehicle of choice for bandits responsible for dozens of robberies across the Big Apple as they ride up on mopeds grabbing purses, necklaces, phones, and other belongings from pedestrians.

"You have a crime wave in your city that is acknowledged by the police department but you will get tickets for going five over [the speed limit]. You have a crime wave in your city, it is well documented and acknowledged by the police department that scooters are the transportation vehicle of choice [and] nothing happens,” Crowder said.

The undercover footage then showed migrants lined up in a huge line that was wrapped around multiple blocks.

Some migrants in the footage were wearing GPS monitors that looked like ankle bracelets and they said California gave it to them.

ICE previously announced in May a process for family units apprehended at the Border who are processed for expedited removal. This process, Family Expedited Removal Management (FERM), gives certain heads of household for family units a GPS ankle monitor for monitoring and makes them subject to a curfew.

"Here is the thing. This is designed for families. There are no children in this video. None at all for people wearing these ankle bracelets,” Crowder said.

The curfew is 11 pm but these people were in line at 2 am.

"You have national guard and then you have police officers who at best have no idea what is going on and at worst, are aiding and abetting what Wray said - a national security risk," Crowder said.
