Turns out there's more to Obama's administration than Fast and Furious. More even than "If you like your healthcare you can keep your healthcare" fib. Who can forget the famous "You didn't build that," one hit wonder? Well here's a new one, brought to you by the one and only Obama Administration:

Newly uncovered internal memos reveal the Obama administration knowingly exaggerated charges of racial discrimination in probes of Ally Bank and other defendants in the $900 billion car-lending business as part of a “racial justice” campaign that’s looking more like a massive government extortion and shakedown operation.

"Knowingly exaggerated charges" is just a fancy three-letter phrase for LYING. The Obama Administration lied about racial discrimination. But why ever would Obama lie his pants off about racism? This is why...

So far, Obama’s Consumer Financial Protection Bureau has reached more than $220 million in settlements with several auto lenders since the agency launched its anti-discrimination crusade against the industry in 2013. Several other banks are under active investigation.

In other words, this...

Only the banks paid out in settlements, SETTLEMENTS, to save themselves the high cost of taking the federal government to court over chargers of racism in the work place. Charges which, we're now learning, were as real as Obama's healthcare promises.

These banks were targeted and bullied by the Obama Administration. They were pressured to settle (pay out) to the Obama Admin.

Once more with feeling: A branch of the federal government intimidated private banks into forking over millions of dollars.

Let that sink in for a little bit...

Let me head you crazy leftists off at the pass:

1. Is there real racial discrimination somewhere? Sure. Does that mean we need to bully banks where there is zero proof of racial discrimination, so they can be held up as an example to the real racial discriminators? You know, just like the faux rape Rolling Stone wrote about? NO.
2. Do you hate banks because they have a lot of money? Okay, fine, doesn't give anyone the right to bully them out of the money. Jealousy isn't a good reason to bully anyone, not even a bank. Regardless of size.
3. BUT THE BANK IS GUILTY OF SOMETHING, you say, OTHERWISE WHY WOULD THEY SETTLE?

For the same reason a ton of innocent entities or people settle: to save who knows how much as they're dragged through litigation by an arm of the government, which is funded by tax-payers and prints its own dang money. Is there an echo in here? I thought I said that already.
