Watch: Left-wing podcasts are nothing but a giant Ponzi scheme
Famous leftists like Michelle Obama and Gov. Gavin Newsom are pushing podcasts. Today’s show breaks it down.

While Michelle Obama may have been one of the most prominent leftists in the past, her views don’t support that statement. She currently has three videos up and the most views she has are 42,000, followed by 19,000 and the video with the least amount of views sits at 14,000.
"This whole thing is a Ponzi scheme—it's a money laundering scheme. It's going to come out," Crowder said. "Somewhere in the next 10 years, we are going to find out about the corruption and money laundering that you see in podcasts with celebrities and politicians."
According to Newsom’s new podcast, he believes “it’s time to have a conversation. It’s time to have honest discussions with people who agree AND disagree with us. It's time to answer the hard questions and be open to criticism, and debate without demeaning or dehumanizing one other.” And he “will be doing just that on [his] new podcast.”
“The key word there is ‘honest,’” Crowder said.
In one of his recent episodes, he claimed that Florida taxes “their low-wage workers more than” California does.
According to Mediaite:
“But I think it’s important. Just in California, the vast majority of middle class taxpayers pay less than they do in California, middle class than they do in states like Texas. Well, it’s a question of who you’re for. We have the highest–” Newsom replied.
Florida has zero income tax while California’s top rate is over 13%. Florida’s sales tax is also around 6% while California’s is 8%. Additionally, the median home price is much higher in California.
"Low-wage workers are far less likely to ever own a home," Crowder said.
Newsom later went onto X to make bizarre claims, such as that California pays less in electricity than Florida. However, California's electricity rate is 30.55 ¢/kWh while Florida's is 14.2 ¢/kWh.
This means California has a higher sales tax, income tax, and higher electricity rates, to say the very least.
"The bottom line is that there is no case to be made that California taxes its people less than Florida," Crowder said. “It does not track with reality.”
