Oregon is a hotbed for rampant, douchey leftism. If you thought Portlandia was a parody of Oregonian "progressives," think again. The show is a documentary. Free abortions. Agender legal statuses. Three gender options on drivers licenses. You name it, Oregon's done it. One of their latest acts of so-called progressivism? A couple had their kids taken by the government, for scoring too low on an IQ test.

Not even kidding.

The nursery in Amy Fabbrini and Eric Ziegler's home is filled with unread children's books and unworn baby clothes. A Winnie the Pooh blanket lies untouched inside a crib where a child has never slept.

For nearly four years, the Redmond couple has been fighting to prove to the state of Oregon that they are intellectually capable of raising their children. The Department of Human Services has removed both of their boys, saying the parents are too mentally limited to be good parents.

Fabbrini, 31, and Ziegler, 38, lost custody of their older son, Christopher, shortly after he was born. Five months ago, the state took their second child, newborn Hunter, directly from the hospital. Both are now in foster care.

It's funny how being a little on the slow side makes you unfit to care for children. But, if a leftists' eight-year-old boy fancies Barbies over Tonka trucks? They take him dress shopping, pump him full of puberty blockers and cancer-causing hormones, and rechristen him as a her. They're then paraded around as leftist parent of the year. Heroes.

Funnily enough, the left claims to not inject your kid full of cancer is a form of abuse. Go figure.

Typical of leftist snotsuckers, they see anyone who doesn't fit neatly into one of their boxes as inferior. Thus, you deserve to have your kids taken from you. The left is more qualified to raise your kids than you are. Even if they have zero evidence of abuse or neglect on your part.

And the celebrate "trendy" parents who pump their kids full of drugs.

Shameful.
