The raw, lingering emotion of the 2016 presidential campaign erupted into a shouting match here Thursday as top strategists of Hillary Clinton’s campaign accused their Republican counterparts of fueling and legitimizing racism to elect Donald Trump.

“If providing a platform for white supremacists makes me a brilliant tactician, I am proud to have lost,” Jennifer Palmieri said. “I would rather lose than win the way you guys did.”

“Do you think you could have just had a decent message for white, working-class voters?” Kellyanne Conway asked. “How about, it’s Hillary Clinton, she doesn’t connect with people? How about, they have nothing in common with her? How about, she doesn’t have an economic message?”

Kellyanne, like anyone else with a frontal lobe, knows the real reason Trump won. It had nothing to do with white supremacy, but everything to do with Hillary being a pantsuited succubus. Who feeds on the souls of dead babies. Hopefully that's just a joke...

Hillary Clinton interacted with every day Americans much like a visiting alien from a far off galaxy. Not a friendly E.T. alien of the classic Steven Spielberg variety, mind you. An alien which inseminates its spawn via the facial aperture, then bursts from the abdomen days later. Skuttling about your spaceship as it grows into a nightmare. Kill it with fire.

Rather than examine their own candidate's shortcomings as a reason for her loss, some Democrats are doubling down on Trump being a white supremacist hero, speaking to his clan via dog whistle tactics. It's just not true. In reality Trump has disavowed the alt-right and supporters who allegedly used violence. Which you cannot say for Hillary or Obama.

But leftists aren't going to let facts get in the way of a "literally Hitler" rant.
