Gender isn't an "awkward lesson." A boy is a boy. A girl is a girl. Boys and girls are different, and each has intrinsic value in their femaleness and maleness. There is nothing wrong with being a boy. There is nothing wrong with being a girl. It's great to be a boy. It's great to be a girl. We say "boy" before "girl" when referring to "boys and girls" not because boys are valued more than girls, but because "B" comes before "G" and we tend to list alphabetically. "Ladies" come before "Gentleman" in "Ladies and Gentleman" because "gentleman" has three syllables, not two.

These kinds of explanations are exhausting. Naps are wasted on the young.

Genders don't go to "infinity" as one of these brainwashing twits tries to explain. But if one is going to wipe clean the basic laws of nature, one must start early. You may say "I won't do that to my child!" and you should award yourself a Girl Scout cookie. But this kind of thought is already bleeding into the public school system. It's taken hold in the culture. The future isn't female. It's whatever you feel like today. If you question it, you're probably a hateful bigot who should be purged. Or your child could be taken from you.
