When we last left the Hodgetwins, they were calling the NASCAR Noosegate a hoax shortly before NASCAR confirmed Noosegate to be a hoax, or at least a big misunderstanding. That's a good start. Not quite what Wallace was saying on "The View" or "CNN Tonight with Don Lemon." Also, I'm wondering where the apology is to all of the NASCAR fans who were smeared in the press because of this. I believe Jemele Hill called the incident a quote "disgusting reminder of who this sport is for." One might argue that rushing to inflammatory accusations like this before facts come in is a disgusting reminder of who this news media is for. But I'll leave a rant on the clickbait-industrial complex for another post. You know, since I'm #passingthemic.
