Spike TV recently filmed it's "Guys Choice Awards" ceremony, which will air on June 18th. That's important, because context matters here. The one and only Dirty Harry, Clint Eastwood, was one of the award presenters. Eastwood was on hand to present an award to Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson for his role in the movie San Andreas. In true Eastwood fashion, he took a slight jab when he introduced The Rock by comparing him to other famous athletes who went onto acting, such as,

"Jim Brown and Caitlyn Somebody..."

Oh my! Cue the offended social justice warriors...

Seriously, people? Clint Eastwood can't even make a joke now? On Spike TV? At "Guys Choice Awards"?

Here's a fun fact for you. The "Guys Choice Awards," according to Spike, serve the following purpose:

Spike's Guys Choice is everything that a typical award show is NOT – a hilarious, unpretentious, heartfelt event where comedy is king and the world's greatest stars (past and present) align to toast the mega- splendor of all things GUY.

So it seems today, that even at a male-oriented awards ceremony where "comedy is king"... leftists still think 'sensitivity' should really be king. Or would it be queen? A cross-dressing, angry, raging queen...

Of course, no surprise here, but the social justice warriors took to their platform of choice, the Twitters, to make sure that everyone knows Clint Eastwood is a transphobic, bigoted washed-up old Republican:

In true cave-to-the-PC-police fashion, Spike has decided to cut Eastwood's joke from its comedy ceremony. Because, tolerance.

How on earth have we reached a point where the entertainment industry is going to cut a joke made by Clint Eastwood at a comedy, film awards ceremony? It's really silly. It isn't even a tranny joke. It's a joke about actors who forayed acting. There was nothing derogatory or offensive in the joke. He didn't even comment, as I would, on the fact that somebody named "Caitlyn" still has balls and a glans-penis. My hats off to Clint for avoiding the, dare I say it, low-hanging fruit.

Even sadder is what this tells us of our current generation. Dirty Harry is arguably the most famous, beloved on-screen cop-hero of all time. The character is emblematic of American bad-assery. Today, we are expected to vilify him... and give awards to men who buy fake boobs and a dress. This is America?
