“Did the white man’s arm ever leave Mr. Neely’s neck?” prosecutor Jillian Shartrand asked when referring to Daniel Penny on the second day of his trial.

It’s not exactly clear why she uses the term “White man” and not “defendant” or “Daniel” or “Penny” or “Daniel Penny” or literally anything else besides skin color but use your imagination.

Daniel Penny is standing trial for reasons that should have never made it in the courtroom, as some have argued he saved many lives that day. However, in NYC the justice system is not what one would call “just” and this “White man” is being prosecuted for protecting strangers from unhinged, dangerous lunatics rather than being labeled as the hero that he is.

The woman who filmed the event took the stand and claimed Jordan Neely, the psycho who couldn't care less about his life or yours, said “Someone is going to die today” before Penny stopped him.

According to Courthouse News:

State prosecutors claim that Penny, while perhaps well-intentioned, went overboard in his bid to defend other passengers from Neely on the train.

“Under the law, deadly physical force such as a chokehold is permitted only when it is absolutely necessary and only for as long as it is absolutely necessary,” prosecutor Dafna Yoran said during opening arguments last week. “And here, the defendant went way too far.”

Trial is expected to run to mid-December. Penny faces charges of second-degree manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide

Question: Would the prosecution be more satisfied if Neely did what he claimed he was going to do? If not, would Neely have been prosecuted if he killed someone like he threatened? And if so, would they have referred to him as the “Black man?”

I think everyone knows the answers to all of that, as the New York City justice system is not only a joke but punishes those who do not acquiesce to the authority of dangerous drug addicts threatening to kill random people.

It’s also extremely inappropriate to refer to someone by skin color but these people are morally corrupt and think skin color is literally the driving force on who is and is not prosecuted.

To call the prosecutors in this case sociopathic would be an understatement, as Daniel Penny’s trial is so unjust the prosecutors should be prosecuted for these crimes against justice.
