Pfizer CEO Declares People Who Spread 'Misinformation' Should Be 'Treated as Criminals'
The left loves their various dictatorial authority figures when such figures support their preferred politics. This is why so many love several of the Big Tech CEOs—they silence the right voices, those "hateful" voices. And though it must be difficult to square that circle—both loving these people for their actions and hating them for being wealthy—the left is masterful when it comes to cognitive dissonance.
So, it'll come as no surprise that a Big Pharma CEO—usually a bugaboo for the left—will be commended for identifying a certain strain of thoughtcrime as, well, a crime.
Pfizer CEO Calls The Public CRIMINALS! Literal Definition of FASCISM! | Louder With Crowderwww.youtube.com
"There is a very small part of professionals, which they circulate on purpose misinformation so that they will mislead those that they have concerns. Those people are criminals. They're not bad people—they're criminals because they literally costed millions of lives."
I'll wait a moment to allow the leftist applause to settle down.
This is absolutely, undeniably unsettling. Not only do we have a very wealthy, powerful member of the elite espousing the view that "misinformation" should be thought of as criminal, the ignorant dolt interviewing this would-be Bond villain nods his empty head (you can almost hear the last remaining marble bouncing around in there) and agree!
"And they should be treated as criminals, as well."
Who has the task of determining what is misinformation? Presumably, it would be the "experts"—and we all know just how great those people are. So, these conniving, politically motivated hacks are going to determine the information and narratives they don't agree with and literally criminalize them? Is this idea actually being spoken of?
This notion that bad thoughts or ideas should be punished is torn directly from the pages of Orwell and Huxley. We are getting to a point at which your physical liberty isn't the only thing being targeted but your mental liberty, too—your very ability to think and believe what you choose is under threat!
Stay vigilant. Don't allow this notion any quarter. It cannot be allowed time to fester.
