Planned Parenthood hasn't been doing too hot lately. They're finally on the receiving end of hurt, suffering multiple closures, lack of funding, and a DOJ investigation. The latest blow to land across the face of PP's bloated gut? Their CEO, Cecile Richards, is stepping down from the company.

The President of America's largest abortion chain Planned Parenthood, Cecile Richards, plans to resign next week, according to a Buzzfeed report that cited “two sources familiar with the matter.”

This sounds like great news. One of the abortionist's snarling heads is chopping itself off. But it's also rather suspect, since Cecile is choosing to peace out smack in the middle of ongoing investigations into Planned Parenthood. What convenient timing.

“Cecile Richards may be stepping down because Planned Parenthood is under investigation for illegally trafficking in aborted baby body parts and other crimes,” Troy Newman, President of Operation Rescue, told LifeSiteNews. “She may be trying to get out before indictments drop. She is also tainted with other scandals by her close affiliation with Hillary Clinton and Fusion GPS, which are also being investigated. Planned Parenthood may now view her as a liability.”

“In any case, this news indicates a destabilized Planned Parenthood organization, and as long as they are in disarray, they can't expand their abortion enterprise, and that is good news,” said Newman.

Newman brings up a good point. While Cecile might be attempting to slip out before the rising legal tensions hit the fan, she's also throwing Planned Parenthood into 2018 sans established leadership. It's something the organization will have to recover from, regardless of what her intentions are. Let's just hope an eviler, more murderous crone doesn't take her place.

If this is any indicator, Planned Parenthood has a lot of suckage to look forward to this year. And not the kind that empties out hateful wombs.
