Planned Parenthood Sues Indiana Over 'Unconstitutional' Regulations
The battle between left and right over abortion is a never-ending one. Righties usually prefer we restrict legal life-taking to convicted rapey murder types in the penal system. Lefties, on the other hand, want regulation-free baby-killing around the clock. Hence, this lawsuit Planned Parenthood is filing against Indiana for their "unconstitutional" abortion regulations.
A new Indiana law that requires medical providers who treat women for complications arising from abortions to report detailed patient information to the state “imposes unique and burdensome obligations” that are unconstitutional, Planned Parenthood said in lawsuit filed Monday that seeks to block two of the law’s provisions. The federal suit — the latest of several filed in recent years challenging abortion restrictions passed by Indiana lawmakers — contends that the reporting rules and a separate provision requiring annual inspections of abortion clinics are both unconstitutional because they target only abortions and abortion providers and not other procedures or clinics.
My bulls**t senses are tingling.
This law isn't putting any new restrictions on sucking out the tiny tots' brains. If abortion is really as safe as Planned Parenthood hypes it up to be, they should have no concerns with some harmless oversight. That's of course provided they're not hiding some rather unsavory secrets within their clinic walls.
Dana Loesch thought the same thing:
Leftists have no problems slapping restrictions on the gats, despite a constitutional amendment permitting them. Yet, abortionists should be free to commit infanticide without the slightest bit of interference. Despite no references whatsoever to braining babes in the Constitution.
The truth is Planned Parenthood is an unethical baby chop shop, and the only way they're going to stay in business is if they keep that on the down-low. Mandatory inspections would put a damper on their butchery, and they can't have that. Hence, the lawsuit.
Speaking of Planned Parenthood's unethical ways:
