REPORT: Police Officer Deaths Surge in 2017. Majorly...
In terms of anti-copness and killings of police, 2016 was a tough year to follow (see Police Deaths Up by 1000% in 2016... Surprised? ). Between demanding "pigs in a blanket, fry 'em like bacon" and attacking police themselves, #BLMers found themselves rather active that year. But it looks like 2017 has already got 2016 beat, according to a recent report...
The killings of police have surged [41] percent this year. The National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund said Monday that [51] police have been killed this year. In 2016 at this time, the number was 36.

The most, 22, were traffic related. The second highest reason was gun shootings, at [17]. The weeklong memorial to fallen officers kicked off this past weekend with a peaceful candlelight vigil at the Capitol.
Supporters said the event was notable because there were no protests and few media.
Firstly, hats off to the organizers of this event. They managed to host a respectful affair honoring those who made the ultimate sacrifice. The best part? The whole thing took place sans bitching from Black Lives Matter snotholes. In fact, there was nary an anti-cop cryfest to be heard. #Respect
It seems other memorials rarely find themselves so lucky (see Dartmouth College: Black Lives Matter Destroys and Replaces Police Memorial Display). Particularly among younger generations, aggression towards police is now a fairly mainstream thing. Like septum piercings and stick n' poke tattoos. Such attitudes come courtesy of groups like Black Lives Matter, who've been encouraged by the likes of Obama and his league of race-baiting imps.
It's clear that now, more than ever, law enforcement needs all the support it can get. There's plenty of heroes to be honored and anti-police rhetoric to be busted. Which brings us to this...
