Sussex police were pleased to announce that convicted child rapist, Sally Anne Dixon, was sentenced to twenty years in prison. Seven children were sexually abused. She was convicted of THIRTY counts of indecent assault. This is Sally.

As you might guess from this photo, Sally at one point in her life was a he. It was the point in her life when he sexually assaulted seven children. In the first police report, as reported by Not the Bee, the police were very careful not to misgender the child molester, while also drawing attention that she was a he when she molested the children.

Sally Ann Dixon, 58, of Swanmore Avenue, Havant, Hants, was sentenced at Lewes Crown Court after being convicted of 30 indecent assaults against her [sic] victims.

She [sic] was given an 18-year custodial sentence, with an additional two years to be served on extended licence.

While police were careful not to offend the child molester, they were less than concerned with the feelings of citizens who found it ridiculous to be so concerned about the feelings of the child molester. Sussex police, or whoever was manning the Twitter account, lashed out in this now-deleted tweet: "Hi, Sussex Police do not tolerate any hateful comments towards their gender identity regardless of crimes committed."

That tweet was deleted. I'm guessing it was when a grown-up showed up at work. Sussex police issued a statement saying that the tweet lashing out was inconsistent with their usual style of engagement. It went on to assure citizens that they are free to express themselves freely... but only within the boundaries of the law. And there are laws against misgendering. Yes, even child molesters.

At the time of the offences, Dixon was John Stephen Dixon, who transitioned to female in 2004 - after the period during which the offences took place.

To recap, a transgender child molester was sentenced to twenty years in prison over the sexual assault of seven kids. Please be sure to use the proper pronouns in discussing this case. We would not want the convicted child molester to feel like anything other than HER authentic self.
