Who fact-checks the fact-checkers? Community Notes fact-checks the fact-checkers! Suck it, Politifact.

Leftists are attempting to rewrite history and gaslight Americans into believing they didn't support closing schools during the pandemic. Or at the very least, locking them down for years longer than they needed to be. Most notably, teachers' union mob boss Randi Weingarten.

Over the past week or two, Randi has had her failures thrown back in her face over and over again. So, of course, the "independent" "fact" checkers at Politifact were dispatched to save the day.

Unlike other times Politifact has been deployed, the independent fact-checkers at Community Notes are there to provide context that Politifact always seems to miss during their "fact" checks.

• Called attempts to reopen schools in the fall of 2020 "Reckless, callous, cruel"
• Pushed aggressively at the local level to keep schools closed
• Areas with high union influence -- aka, areas run by Democrats -- remained closed much longer
• The school closings continued well in 2022

Unfortunately, we know the scam. Politifact capes for Democrats. Facebook will now use Poltifact's "fact" check to mark any post criticizing Randi Weingarten over school closures as "missing context" and throttle the rest of your contact. It happened with the gas-stoves ban. I have no doubt we'll be getting a notice in a day or so that our reach has been yeeted.

Since we're gonna get throttled anyway, let me also add the teachers' unions colluded with the CDC to keep schools closed. They were busted rewriting the guidelines that kept your kids in masks. Masks, mind you, that Weingarten KNEW impeded learning. Yet it's "misleading" to say Randi opposed reopening.
