New study claims cooking your own food causes, you guessed it, climate change
Now that the left has established that breathing causes climate change, why not throw food in there? Because it turns out that your very existence increases carbon and thus, to save humanity, you can no longer breathe, drive, or cook your food.
A new “study” has just declared that the smell of cooked food significantly impacts air quality.
It’s hard to resist the delicious smell of food cooking at restaurants, food trucks and street vendors. However, a new government study suggests those aromas may be negatively impacting air quality.
Researchers from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) have released their findings from a multiyear study of what they call “underappreciated sources” of urban air pollution.
They focused on three cities: Los Angeles, Las Vegas and Boulder, Colorado, where they measured human-caused volatile organic compounds (VOCs) related to cooking.
The “researchers” chose to analyze three major cities with some of the highest volumes of restaurants because that’s what “science” is.
Researchers found that Las Vegas, which has one of the highest densities of restaurants in the U.S., has persistent air quality issues — especially along The Strip. On average, 21% of the total mass of VOCs present in Vegas’ outdoor air were from “cooking activities,” NOAA estimated, and generally ranged from 10% to 30%.
What this means for air quality management remains to be seen. Having the data, Coggon believes, is the first step.
I wouldn't be surprised if there is a cap on how much one can cook in the future.
Climate alarmism is nothing more than an anti-human death cult. That is why they are so focused on villainizing every single thing about humanity, down to the point of taxing your very breath. And a this point, there may be a day where some people cannot even afford to breathe, considering the global push for a carbon tax.
If we cannot breathe, eat, or have reliable energy, what are we supposed to do? Do we really have to destroy humanity to save it? Is that the only solution?
