Not only is it disingenuous for the left to call Kilmar Abrego Garcia is nothing more than an innocent father, but it’s also wrong to claim he lacked due process. This is why it’s incredibly foolish and misleading for Governor JB Pritzker to retaliate against El Salvador “for aiding his unconstitutional deportation scheme.”

Don't you wish Pritzker fought for Americans the way he fights for foreign nationals accused of awful crimes?

So, I just checked the constitution, and I am having trouble finding the part where it allows alleged MS-13 gang members to reside in this country after they have broken federal immigration laws.

According to the HuffPost:

Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker (D) is asking his state’s pension funds and procurement agencies to examine any investments or contracts they have with companies in El Salvador, the first step toward a possible boycott of the country for assisting President Donald Trump in defying court orders on the treatment of migrants.

In a statement, Pritzker indicated the moves were in response to El Salvador President Nayib Bukele’s willingness to help Trump deny due process to hundreds of migrants deported to El Salvador and now held in a notoriously dangerous maximum-security prison with no potential of release.

“The United States Constitution guarantees due process. We are witnessing Donald Trump erode our fundamental Constitutional rights in real time, and we must fight to restore the balance of power,” Pritzker said. “The State of Illinois will stand up for the Rule of Law and do everything in our power stop the Trump Administration from ripping apart our most basic rights.”

So, while the left claims this man was not offered due process, that could not be further from the truth.\

You really cannot sum it up better than that. What more process do these people want? This man had his time to prove whatever it is the left claims he has yet to prove, and given more chances than he deserved. So, while judges are out there trying to make it impossible for the federal government to enforce federal immigration laws, they are actively undermining the will of the people. And the fact that the left acts as if we can't deport alleged gang members who broke the law is a pathetic attempt to undermine the will of law-abiding Americans everywhere.

Maybe after the 18th judge rules that this man has no right to live in America, the left will finally shut up. Until then, the charade continues.

That being said, Pritzker is a total clown, and he would do himself a lot of favors if he just stayed out of this. However, the left has made it clear they are here to mislead and gaslight the public into believing open borders are morally superior. But, as proven by the 2024 election, that stance could not be more unpopular with the American people, and the sooner they realize that, the better off they will be.
