PROOF: Ahmed Mohamed's Fake "Clock" Built in 18 Seconds On Video in Real Time...
It was the tick tock heard round the world: Ahmed Mohamed brought a "clock" to school and was arrested for a hoax bomb. If you haven't heard of it, maybe you're a troll who lives under a dingy bridge and throws french fries at passersby.
Well newsflash: the "clock" Mohamed claims to have built, was just an alarm clock that was taken apart and put into a suitcase. It wasn't even reassembled. Literally, just placed into a suitcase. Why was it placed in a suitcase? We can't talk about that, it would be racist...or something.
Check this out:
Right, in about 18 seconds, this guy took a clock a part and put it in a case (similar to Ahmed Mohamed's case) and viola, a "clock" that, after it's mistaken for a bomb, will get you an invite to the White House. And free stuff from Microsoft. And a crowdfunding account that's raking in a cash stash. Dollar dollar bills, y'all!
Lesson? Well how about maybe teaching more engineering and basic electronics in schools instead of focusing so much on gender studies? Seriously, it took this video of an engineer explaining it, and then this guy to tell America that we've been fleeced? We're living in a technological age here, and look at how many people got SKUNKED by a 14 year old with a briefcase? Ahmed Mohamed: 1, American Public (educated by the public school system): 0
Also, we're pretty sure that we found Ahmed Mohamed's PR representative.
"...then we'll sue for ONE MILLION DOLLARS"
Also, before you start sending your hate-mail accusing me of being "Islamaphobic." Allow me to clarify: I am not "Islamaphobic." I am however, "Bombphobic," which, in the world of phobias, I'd argue is entirely logical. I also have a phobia of an incredibly inept ruling journalist class, hell-bent on pushing an agenda instead of truth, who can't even be bothered to do a modicum of research before running a story. I mean really, nobody at NBC, CBS, CNN, MSNBC, FoxNews, CNBC, HuffPo, YahooNews etc. had one technological consultant on staff who could have taken a glance at the picture for 5 seconds and told them it was BS?
Not one?
