Punk Band NOFX on Las Vegas Shooting: "At Least It Was Country Fans’ Killed"
Golly. It sure was offensive what Roseanne Barr said about Valerie Jarrett. Oh, here's liberal punk band NOFX laughing about country music fans being killed in Las Vegas. Yes, the Las Vegas shooting (see Jimmy Kimmel Doubles Down, Blames YOU for the Las Vegas Shooting… and Jessica Chastain Just Used the Las Vegas Shooting to Push a Failed Gun Control Movie).
It was just a joke though. Calm down.
“We played a song and didn’t get shot. There’s no getting shot in Vegas unless you’re in a country band. That sucks, but at least it was country fans and not punk rock fans.”
Look on the bright side. At least they didn't make fun of a top executive from Netflix who is tight with the Obama family.
Listen, we're not getting outraged. Are we surprised a group leftists are callous wankers? Obviously not. Par for the course. We're just pointing out the double standard. Roseanne Barr tweeted an insult about someone's looks. An insult that had racist undertones. Whether she meant it as racist or not. Now a punk rock band is trivializing the deaths of dozens of people in our most violent mass shooting to date, all because they were "country fans." I dunno. You tell me which is more worthy of a mass firing, mass sponsor pullout, and mass media spanking. Kind of seems obvious from this side of the glass. You know what I'm saying?
Dollars to donuts, this punk rock band will get the pass. The left will say "It was only a joke, calm down!" While celebrating Roseanne's cancelation over "It was only a joke, but burn her down." This is the kind of hypocrisy which drives the right to new levels of insanity. I get it.
