Rand Paul: This Is Going to End with Someone Getting Killed
Ever since the Kavanaugh confirmation, the new leftist rallying cry has been Cuck Fivility (see WATCH: Hillary Clinton Lectures Republicans for Lack of Civility and Eric Holder). Apparently, the left was being civil calling you a racist sexist homophobe for eight years whenever you disagreed with them. Be that disagreement come on taxes, healthcare, of if you actually did build that. It was civil to call you a murderer when you disagreed on any policy of theirs. Because people were literally going to die and the blood would be on your hands. Literally, literally, literally. Their misuse of the word.
Rand Paul thinks we should dial the rhetoric down a notch.
"I really worry that someone is going to be killed and that those who are ratcheting up the conversation ... they have to realize that they bear some responsibility if this elevates to violence."
Rand Paul would know. He was on the softball field when a leftist shot at him and his Republican colleagues. Almost killing a congressman. Rand was also attacked by his leftist neighbor. I sense a trend. I feel it in my fingers. I feel it in my toes.
Like, to liberals, it's okay to send a Republican's wife a picture of a beheading. Because Donald Trump says mean things. No, I'm not making that up:
Go read the comments from the civilized left on Jake Tapper's tweet. Don't say we didn't warn you.
Everyone just be careful out there. Because it's only going to get worse. Democrats won't be happy until they get a Republican killed. Yeah, I hope I'm wrong. Yeah, I hope what I just made was a gross assumption. But can you blame me for thinking it?
If I'm right, and I hope I'm not, the aftermath of the killing will be reported in the news as "Republicans Seize on a Democrat Getting a Republican Killed."
