Report: Sheila Jackson Lee has a History of Bad Travel Behavior
A story broke about Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee allegedly having another passenger bumped from first class, so she could take the throne seat. Lee's response was predictably "muh racism."
But not so fast. According to people who research for a living, madam congresswoman has a history of being Miss Diva:
Previous reports show the House member, who was elected in 1994, has had a history of transportation drama, including berating flight attendants on first class flights and making her Congressional staff drive her one block, while waiting on her for hours and disrupting traffic. She's been documented calling her employees 'you stupid motherf***er,' while referring to herself as Congressional royalty.
'You don't understand. I am a queen, and I demand to be treated like a queen,' she was quoted saying in 1998, three years into her nearly 23-year tenure on Capitol Hill.
Live shot of Jackson Lee with airline staff:
Here's an idea. Perhaps it's not the countless airline staff. Maybe it isn't systemic racism. Perhaps, and bear with me here, Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee is just a raging bitch. Maybe, just maybe, all of her problems start and end with her being an insufferable toe rag. Rivaled only in manners by a stampeding rhinoceros. With a crippling case of PMS. Isn't it possible people don't hate her because she's black, but because she's the modern-day version of Veruca Salt?
Sheila Jackson Lee is nothing but an entitled hag who's forgotten for whom she works: the American people. Who, incidentally, pay her salary. Which makes Americans, specifically the people of Texas, her boss. Making Sheila Jackson Lee less of a princess, less of a queen and more an employee whom Texans can sack if they find her constant need to whine, tiring.
Consider it, Texas. She's your congresswoman.
