House Passes Trump's Tax Bill. Liberals Freak Out!
If you're conservative, get out your party hat. A MAGA hat will do, if the spirit so moves you. The House just passed Trump's new tax bill. If you're liberal, get out your best funeral attire. Stuff your sad face with carb-filled snacks.
Here's the rundown:
- The House approved the most sweeping tax rewrite in decades along party lines, with lawmakers voting 227-203.
- The action has now moved to the Senate, which is expected to vote on the bill, possibly on Tuesday evening.
- President Trump is expected to sign the bill into law by Christmas.
- The House on Tuesday approved the most sweeping tax overhaul in decades, voting along party lines to enact deep and permanent tax cuts for corporations and temporary cuts for individuals.
As the bill heads to the Senate, leftists are throwing hissy fits as if sky is raining men's rights activists.

Like acid reflux after spicy food, the left reacted in their normal explosive manner: claiming it all meant death.
Capitol Police escorted a whole row of protesters out of the House chamber during the debate. Protesters yelled, “kill the bill, don’t kill us” and “shame, shame, shame.” Two additional protesters piped up during Speaker Paul D. Ryan’s speech, one questioning his ability to do math.

Is this tax bill perfect? No. But nothing to come out of Washington is. Let's be realists. The bill, however, will save a lot of taxpaying Americans (these are Americans who actually pay taxes throughout the year, or in one painful lump at the end. Unless they paid smaller just as painful sums throughout the year, gawd) money.
When Americans get to keep more of their own money, the left says it's "theft." But they're wrong. Taxes are theft. Looks like next year Americans will just have less stolen from them.
