Our favorite Golden Globes host Ricky Gervais is preparing to kick off a new tour. He’s calling it “Armageddon,” and, as Express writes, it “will explore how he believes humanity will come to an end.”

Gervais describes the new act as his “most controversial,” slamming modern ideals as “nonsense,” as he prepares to take on cancel culture.

“People born this century are going to have a very different middle age to me. It’s my fault and the generation before me, the Boomers, with fossil fuels, deforestation, causing global warming, everything like that. So, 20-year-olds today, in 40 years’ time they’ll be huddled in their houses like prisons, wearing masks, afraid, in pain, crying like they do now over jokes.

“I am going to spend all of my money on private just from now on, to make sure it definitely f***ing happens.”

I’m diggin’ the enthusiasm. We all know that Gervais is of the left, but he isn’t a radical leftist twit unable to take a joke. He’s like the Brits’ version of Chappelle—if Chappelle was a little chubbier and white. He also seems to share the same attitude toward climate change as the great John Cleese.

Gervais says, “I’m treating it like it’s my last one ever. It won’t be, but I want to put everything into it. I want to try and get canceled.”

I don’t believe it will be his last, either. I’d definitely put him in the “Uncancelable” category. Gervais is a genius and a brilliant comedian. If you haven’t watched his show “After Life,” you should crawl out from under your rock and get on it. It’s amazing.

I’ll be looking forward to catching the show, either live or on whatever platform I can use a 7-day free trial on, because unlike the leftists whose heads are sure to explode, I can take a joke.
