With so much drama in the IOC, some people may have missed this story, in which Israelis have a really hard time... trying to get on a bus? The world's anti-Israel bias notwithstanding (see EVIL: Palestinians Openly CELEBRATE Terror Attack on Tel Aviv, Israel and Leftists Protest Israel-LGBT event… To Support Anti-gay Palestine?), you would think their Olympic team would be able to take their assigned bus to the ceremony.

Those "moderate" Lebanese folk had a different idea...

Lebanese athletes refused to share a bus with the Israel team to get to Friday's Rio Olympic Games opening ceremony, members of both teams said.

Lebanon and Israel are officially at war and have no diplomatic relations.

The incident happened as the Lebanon team sat on the bus waiting to head to the Maracana stadium, before demanding the Israeli athletes must not board.

Israel's athletes insisted on doing so, but the two teams were eventually taken to the ceremony in different buses.

Head of the Lebanese team Salim al-Haj Nicolas told AFP news agency he demanded that the door be closed on the Israeli team, but they "insisted on getting on".

Udi Gal, a member of Israel's Olympic sailing team, said on Facebook his compatriots "insisted on boarding the bus" adding that "if the Lebanese refused to stay with us, they were welcome to take another bus".

The Israeli team decided to be the bigger men and just took another bus instead of causing an international incident. I've no doubt that newspapers across the Arabic world will be littered with "THE JEWS REFUSED TO RIDE WITH MUSLIMS!" stories throughout the week.

Again, keep in mind, this is an entire bus of Lebanese, Olympic athletes. As per the law of averages, if this kind of behavior is not representative of Islam, there should figuratively be oh, at least, say... ONE person to stand up and suggest "Let's stop being anti-semitic jackasses." #NotAllMuslims, right? Well apparently, the Lebanese Olympic team didn't get your hashtag memo, because they seem to be sticking with their longstanding, deeply-rooted tradition of hating Jews to the very depths of their souls.

Of course no one is insinuating that these Muslim Olympians are terrorists. That would be wrong. But isn't this kind of behavior bad enough? Everyone else can get along at the Olympics (within a degree of reason) except for those involved with the "religion of peace". At what point do these tantrum-throwing, terrorist sympathizers get shown the door by civilized society. Refuse to take a bus with other members of the industrialized world to a sporting event? Guess what?

You don't get to take part in the sporting event. Problem solved!

It also begs the question as to why the Olympic committee would even put Israel in this position in the first place.
