Ronda Rousey is quickly becoming a cultural phenomenon. She's already a dominant champion, whose 12 fights combined have resulted in just over 25 minutes of combat time. Dang.

To compare, a title fight that goes all five rounds would be 25 minutes. Dang.

So of course, being as popular she is, the left is going to try to get her to support their political agenda. Up first, the alleged "gender pay gap," where a reporter asked her how terrible it was that Floyd Mayweather makes more money than she does.

She didn't take the bait.

I don't like to talk about exactly how much money I make, but I'm extremely comfortable and happy. If I got to a point where I had almost fifty fights, I would probably be making close to the same amount of money as Floyd (Mayweather) does, but at this point I have eleven, so I can't expect it to be exactly equal. I have to put more time in.

Dang.

Also, she's on her way to being one of the highest paid fighters in MMA history and is doing so by being good at what she does, not by having politicians pass laws mandating it. Mediocre athletes gonna hate...

By the way, she'll be among the highest paid of all fighters, not just women. How's about that for equality?
