You done did it now, America. The way you recklessly put America first and reelected Donald Trump, you've chased Rosie O'Donnell away. She moved to Ireland and is in the process of becoming a citizen there over what she claims is "politically" happening in the States. Let the healing begin. Maybe when we hear the name "Rosie," we can start to associate it with a riveter, a robot butler, and an underrated Richie Sambora song. And not liberal batshittery as has become associated with O'Donnell over the years.

Here is the one-time comedienne making the announcement.

Rosie wasn't always like this. She once was a great comedian. My mom and I bonded over her when she hosted her own daytime talk show. Then George Bush invaded Iraq and her descent into insanity began. It's gotten so bad that she is now transitioning into Mike Francesca.

Good for Rosie O'Donnell, though. As boomer as the expression "love it or leave it" is, if you no longer like living in America, nothing is keeping you here. Unlike other celebrities, O'Donnell put her money where her mouth is. However, I do question her choice of Ireland.

I’m trying to find a home here in this beautiful country. And when it is safe for all citizens to have equal rights there in America, that’s when we will consider coming back.”

You're leaving America because you claim "rights" are being taken away (aka boys will no longer be allowed to compete against girls, and biological science takes precedence over political science). And you're moving to Ireland, where someone can get arrested for using the wrong pronoun, where bureaucrats are given immense powers to censor social media, and where politicians not only limit your freedom, they brag about limiting your freedom "for the common good."

But hey, at least they have Guinness!

It’s been heartbreaking to see what’s happening politically, and hard for me personally as well. The personal is political, as we all know.

Meh.

I encourage everyone to stand up, to use their voice, to protest, to demand that we follow the Constitution in our country, and not a king, not a man. And we don’t have cruelty as part of our governing style.

Good news! Everything the President has done is Constitutional! I mean, the billionaires who decide whatever Democrats and the media (but I repeat myself) think that week claim it's not. But Trump has not done anything the last two presidents haven't done.

As for cruelty, the last president kept small businesses closed and kids out of school because of the opinions of an unelected official and "the science." I consider that to be more cruel than Trump saying mean words. But hey, we can agree to disagree in America.

Not so much these days where Rosie is living now.
