Sarah Sanders Bluntly Points Out Trump vs The Media's Pittsburgh Response
Responses to the Pittsburgh shooting were by the leftist mob playbook (see Reporter: Police are Responsible for Synagogue Shooting Because They Support Trump and Top 5 Dumbest Leftist Reactions to Synagogue Shooting). Especially when it came to the media's "hot takes." Mainly Donald Trump is responsible. More so than the shooter who *squints at notes* hated Donald Trump. Specifically, because Trump liked Jewish people too much. Dividing the country to score an extra rating point is what the press does.
Sarah Sanders isn't having it.
“The very first thing that the president did was condemn the attacks, both in Pittsburgh and the pipe bombs. The very first thing the media did was blame the president."
I understand the press finding displeasure in some of Trump's words regards the press. Fine. But media's tantrums about Trump saying mean things about media reminds me of a useful axiom about one kitchen item calling another kitchen item a kettle of color. Similarly, those who live in glass houses shouldn't throw kettles. I think even Jesus weighed in with his famous "He who has not sinned, cast the first molotov cocktail." I might be misquoting him, but I'm using 2018 devices. Antifa will get the reference.
In essence, if you're part of the media conglomerate which blames Trump for shootings, bombings and hurricanes, don't feign surprise with Trump doesn't shower you with noogies. I think we're all just asking for a little more intellectual honesty.
