Savanah Hernandez hit the streets again to ask the question on everyone's mind: fellas, is it gay to date a transwoman?

Quite a few of the dudes said, "hell yeah." One followed it up with, "what do you mean?" Another pointed out the person "was born a man." One dude laughed and said, "no comment." Another, "for sure, that's gay as sh*t."

When Savanah asked one interviewee why it would be gay, he said, "That's a really good question. I don't know, because they have a d*ck."

One guy tried to defend it as not gay, explaining, "I don't know, it's like, whatever you like, man." His buddy shook his head and explained, "That's not gay. If you're into it, you're into it." The other dude then explained they are from Seattle so they're "about that".

One of their other friends then joined, and told Savanah that's a good question, but it "depends on how hot she was." Savanah asked him if he personally would date a transwoman, and he said probably not because he "couldn't get past the d*ck." Which is a tough selling point.

The video was produced by The Publica, a new organization launched by Sydney Watson and Jeremy from The Quartering. The project is meant to be "a space for free-thinkers and mischief-makers to hear all sorts of ideas, news, commentary and thought" and is entirely funded by members.

But back to the whole transwoman thing - if you recall, the "whatever" podcast went viral a few weeks ago when guest Kiko stormed out after another male guest said he would not date a transwoman. Due to the fact he is not a homosexual. This video provides us with a larger sample size who back him up on this groundbreaking idea. Which, personally, gives me a little more hope for the future.
