Now that Donald Trump is president, there are a lot of people who have the exact opposite opinion than they did when the People Who Controlled Joe Biden were president. For example, the left and the media's (but I repeat myself) sudden concern about the economy, free trade, and the importance of the stock market. "Are we facing a depression?" asks CNN.

"Remember Joe Biden's recession when you changed the definition of the word 'recession' because there was a Democrat in the White House and Orange Man was bad?" claps back Scott Jennings.

Any time the left says, "Would you spread this bullplop?" the media gleefully responds, "Sure! We have no self-respect." Claiming a recession isn't a recession is yet another example.

This really was a remarkable time in the history of the People Who Controlled Joe Biden administration. They were responsible for two quarters of negative growth. Two quarters of negative GDP growth mean that America is in recession. Or, MEANT that America was in a recession. They tried to change the definition of the word so that Biden wouldn't look bad.

Allegedly. According to Facebook and Politifact, the people who control Joe Biden DID NOT change the definition of "recession" to protect Biden's political agenda. However, sometime before America hit its second quarter of negative growth last Thursday, which has been a recession every time it has happened since 1948, "someone" changed the definition. It was reflected by Big Tech company Wikipedia, where the definition was changed to a more Biden agenda-friendly definition. Now, there is, quote, "no global consensus on the definition" of what a recession is.

It was locked from being changed back to the historic definition.

Oh yeah. There was also an attempt to change the definition of the word "definition."

It was so bad, even late-night "comics" called out the pathetic attempts. And you know how much late-night "comics" HATE going against the Democrat Party. Though I guess in Stephen Colbert's defense, no one at the time thought there was a chance in hell Donald Trump was making a comeback. Had they known, Colbert would have had dancing vaccines singing about how great the Biden economy was.

I would never ask CNN or the Democrats (but I repeat myself) to dial back to the fear porn. That would be like asking someone to stop breathing, like Democrats who watch CNN do whenever they see someone driving a Tesla. But let's all remember that two years ago isn't that long, and the internet remains both undefeated and forever.
